Luolan Footwear produces EVA slippers and slides in Jingning County, Lishui. The factory handles mould preparation, foam moulding, trimming, inspection and packing in one place, so the sample you approve is produced on the same line as the bulk order.
Importers and wholesalers usually start with a sample set, then fix colour, packing and shipping marks before production. Nothing is subcontracted without telling you.

How a pair is made

Moulding & compounding
Mould preparation and EVA compounding are matched to the confirmed sample.

Injection moulding
Foam is injected into the mould and cured to the agreed density.

Trimming & inspection
Edges are trimmed by hand and pairs are checked before packing.

Packing & shipping
Inner packing, carton marks and loading are arranged to your instructions.

Quality & shipping
Checked in pairs, packed to your spec
Inspection
Trim finish, sole surface, colour match and pair matching are checked before packing. Anything outside the agreed sample is pulled out.
Packing & loading
Inner packing, carton size and shipping marks follow your instructions. Cartons are counted and photographed before loading.
